Fishery

You won’t find fresher fish on your plate. Our house fisherman, Adrian Gerny, casts his nets at the crack of dawn. His catch turns into our delicious daily fresh fish specialties. Such as the now legendary Lake Zurich sushi or the unforgettable crispy beer-battered fish. 

The fishery is right next to the shop, where the wriggling fresh fish are also available for sale.
